‘Be There’
Itunes Campaign: Silent Gigs.

Bringing interaction to downloading music the ‘Be There’ Campaign gives Itunes customers a virtual experience.

When browsing and listening to tracks before buying the consumer can select the ‘Be there’ application. With the use of headphones this application allows them to experience being in a virtual crowd at a virtual gig. This is created by crowd noises moving around the left and right earpiece placing them in the centre of the action whilst listening to their chosen track.


To launch the ‘Be There’ Itunes application Press adverts promoting the first ‘Be There’ silent gig will appear before the event.

The event will feature Bluetooth live streaming of the Artic Monkeys to the fans at the silent gig at Trafalgar Square at 12.30, 5.09.09. The effect to which will be the atmosphere of a real live gig with the novelty of people dancing in silence with their headphones in listening to the live stream altogether.
At the end of the silent gig the fans will be directed to try out the new application.

A last chance to see Super Contemporary at a spectacular late opening - not only is it the London Design Festival but it’s our 20th birthday too! See the shows, take part in debates and workshops set to a blend of Design Overtime music and entertainment. Using cake making as your design discipline, bake a noble expression of iconic design celebrating the past or anticipating the future. Selected entries will be put on display at the Design Museum for one night only to help us celebrate our twentieth birthday. D&AD New Blood Exhibition - The Creative Talent Show



This year's show was a great success. New Blood ran between Monday 29 June and Thursday 2 July at London's Kensington Olympia.

New Blood is the annual show for D&AD University Network members.

Thanks to D&AD’s profile within the design and advertising industries, the exhibition is the most effective graduate recruitment fair for would-be creative practitioners.

Design groups and advertising agencies have free access to the exhibition, ensuring that the best graduates gain maximum exposure to kick start their careers.

D&AD subsidise New Blood enabling universities, colleges and graduates to exhibit affordably in central London.
